Your digital-asset

THE PROMISE

A route your management team can assess.

We connect the commercial objective with the operating and technology decisions behind it. Your team receives a portable decision pack: the proposed workflow, the options considered, who owns each responsibility and the dependencies that determine whether to proceed.

The result may be a route into architecture, a simpler change using existing systems or a reasoned decision to pause.

What you receive

  1. Current-state and proposed-route maps

The investor, information and instruction flow, including the steps you should retain.

  2. Requirements and evidence register

Business requirements, documented system assumptions and gaps that need confirmation.

  3. Comparison of two provider routes

Fit, dependencies and cost categories. Estimates remain distinct from provider quotations.

  4. Operating responsibility matrix

The client, administrator, bank, infrastructure provider and other specialist roles required for the proposed route.

  5. Management decision pack

A proceed, change or pause recommendation with the conditions for the next stage.

Read an illustrative output

A precise scope.

One client entity, one existing product line and one subscription or issuance workflow. We consider up to three incumbent systems and two provider options, with three interviews, two workshops and one consolidated revision.

The technical work uses concise documentation supplied for the agreed scope. Detailed API mapping, software integration, security audits, provider quote procurement and legal opinions require separate work.

Missing information remains a visible dependency. We do not treat an undocumented interface as a confirmed capability.

The working sequence

WEEK 1

Understand the workflow

Confirm the objective, review the agreed inputs and speak with the relevant operating owners.

WEEK 2

Compare the routes

Map the proposed workflow, examine the documented options and identify critical dependencies.

WEEK 3

Make the decision clear

Deliver the initial decision pack and explain the disposition of open issues. A five-business-day client review follows the assessment. The included consolidated revision is normally delivered within five business days of the comments.

What we need from you.

A decision sponsor, one product and workflow owner, a concise process description, relevant system summaries, existing provider responsibilities and the intended investor and jurisdiction perimeter.

We agree a secure information channel before sharing sensitive material. The public contact form is for a short introduction only.

The engagement has a fixed fee agreed in the proposal. Delivery begins after the contract, payment, inputs and named capacity are confirmed. No implementation purchase is required.

Is this the right first step?

It is a strong fit when you have an existing investment business, a real operating decision and management willing to act on a reasoned answer. A short conversation will establish the scope and whether outside support is useful.
