Fees follow the agreed scope and are set out in the proposal. The first workshop is free. The scoping that follows is paid.
Define the problem
Identify the service, record, ecosystem or structural question, the sponsor and the decision to be made.
Agree the scope
Set included work, inputs, named roles, specialist dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Design the route
Map the operating model, permissions, interfaces and exceptions.
Implement and test where appointed
Coordinate the agreed build, including failed paths and handoffs.
Accept and hand over
Review evidence with accountable owners. Subsequent operations need their own responsibilities.
Specialists keep their authority.
Legal, tax, regulatory, custody, banking and official decisions belong to qualified or authorised parties under separate scopes. Work for StegX or Securitixation is not automatic.
